Failure has been a topic on my mind lately. This may sound completely negative, but really I’m thinking about failure as part of being driven and successful. I’m not only accepting my failures, but I’m embracing them.

As of next week I’ll be participating in a fairly strict nutrition challenge. Monday is quickly approaching and I slightly began to panic. The nutrition chick, panicking about a nutrition challenge?! Yeah, it’s a thing.
I started thinking of a few things that I knew would be beneficial to do before the challenge started, and then I got to thinking even more… I’m sure other people would find this helpful too, so now, my solution to my own problem has turned into a blog post!

As I continually become more involved in the nutrition world, I can’t help but notice, people in general don’t have a good relationship with food, myself included. Whenever I’m working with dietitians I continually hear comments (some joking, some not) about how people think we’re judging them if we see...
Many of you heard of my adventure as a “movie star” or read my post from about a year ago talking about the filming of Pitchfork. If you want to read more on that click here. What an amazing experience that was. And, about a month ago, we were invited...
