Guarantee Your Place On The Podium By Discovering
From a leading sports dietitian: how to succeed
without unrealistic diet restrictions and still enjoying your favorite foods.
You’re working your ass off in the gym…
…yet you feel like you just can’t reach your full potential.
There’s something missing, but you just can’t put your finger on it.
To be honest, it’s likely nutrition.
There are issues with the way “Influencers” on social media sell nutrition these days.
But as an ACTUAL DIETITIAN who is also a competitive athlete who has had her own struggles with body image and other peoples’ judgements…
…I know first hand the harsh reality of being stuck staring at a plateau yet feeling completely depleted. (You wonder if you’re broken!)
I’m here to say:
You’re NOT broken. And forget about the “Fit-Fluencers” on Instagram.
Maybe you’ve tried nutrition plans that require you to throw out everything in your pantry and completely start over.
One plan requires you to give up eating fat while the next one says to eat mostly fat and now you’re left confused and taking a shot in the dark.
None of it works for long. Some of it doesn’t work at all.
Who I am And And How I Can Help

When Brigitte came to me she was consuming less than 1500 calories on average. She regularly reported low energy levels and moderate hunger during the first few check ins. In just a few short months, we increased her calories by over 500/day and I swear every time we talk she is hitting a new PR. Even while increasing calories her weight has stayed the same. Next we will move on to a calorie deficit with a focus on maintaining lean muscle mass and keeping up her workout performance but also shedding some fat.
I’m Hannah Boyl and I’ve been there. As a professional dancer, I found my nutrition to be the missing puzzle piece in my performance as well as my health and body composition. But there really was nowhere for me to turn for assistance.
That doesn’t have to be you!

Brigitte did it and so can you. First, the good news,
You don’t have to give up your favorite foods.
You don’t have to starve yourself.
And you don’t have to live off of flavorless chicken tits, a head of broccoli, and maybe some rice every day.
The goal here is fuelling performance and creating sustainability.
I’ve been in your shoes.
In fact, that’s why I chose the career I did… I saw that athletes needed evidence-based resources for nutrition that were easily accessible.
So here’s how nutrition coaching works:
Part 1: Nutrition Basics
If you’re NOT EATING ENOUGH…
Your energy, performance, metabolism, and health will suffer.
If you’re EATING TOO MUCH…
Your body composition, performance, and health will suffer.
Your nutrition has to support your training regimen. Once you’ve made your peace with your metabolism, make nutrition changes required to correlate with your training protocols.
Part 2: Build Habits
Make your nutrition choices second nature.
Breaking down the BIG goal into smaller, more manageable pieces is a recipe for success.
Create realistic expectations to avoid frustration and burnout in your endeavor.
Don’t let the perfect be the enemy of the good.
Don’t try to do too much too soon.
Build habits step by step. It’s the key to a sustainable approach that gets you on the podium time and time again.
Part 3: Gain Knowledge
It’s one thing to follow directions, it’s another to know the why and how behind the what.
Some athletes want to know the ins and outs of what they’re doing and others would rather follow more of a play-by-play.
If it is a goal of yours as well, my goal for you is to be able to navigate the world of sports nutrition for yourself.
Here’s Stephanie.
She worked with me to incorporate nutrition into her busy lifestyle. Working full time, even overtime, being a parent, and wanting to see gains in her training created some hurdles for Stephanie, but we were able to overcome those challenges as we worked together on her nutrition.

Imagine: Seeing gains in your performance that you’ve been waiting for.
Imagine: Knowing how to fuel your body and what it needs.
Imagine: Standing on the podium and knowing all your hard work has finally paid off.
There’s a good chance you’ve been working on your performance for a while and you’re aware of certain things you can do for your own nutrition.
But the question is:
When it comes to dialing things in, do you REALLY have the time and expertise to create the pan that gets you on the podium?
Or would you time be better spent working hand-in-hand with one someone who’s helped others across the nation become high performing humans?
I’m pretty sure we know the answer to that question.
It worked for Daniel Y and it can work for you.

Daniel struggled with finding a happy medium between achieving his ideal body composition, feeling strong, and being confident in his movements. Over the course of our time working together, Daniel was able to gain muscle mass, hit weightlifting PRs, and learn how to cycle through strength and cutting cycles for his nutrition. After 3+ years of not participating in any individual CrossFit style competitions or any competitive level training, Daniel made a return in 2021 to finish in the top 10 of his category. Daniel states that the changes he has made, including nutrition, have allowed him to reach new levels as an athlete.
