Okay, I know, I’ve been MIA for, well, over a month, EEK!!!
That was definitely not the plan, but life can’t always go as planned. Due to that fact, and my crazy life (more info on that later in the post) I’ve officially given up on the regular post dates of Wednesday and Fridays as you can probably already tell. Don’t get me wrong, I loved the set up and structure I had but I started feeling like me writing was just one more thing on my to-do list, that’s now why I started blogging! So, for now posts may be irregular, but hopefully more frequent as I have some exciting new adventures coming up!
So, what have I been up to and what are my thoughts for AbsSoFruitly in the near future?!?!
First off, this girl just finished finals (Hallelujah!) and is moving into her final full semester as an undergraduate (still an internship to do in the spring, but no classes). With that, comes my decision of attending graduate school and the next thing that I’m really dreading…the GRE.
I’m hoping in the next few months to summarize my journey to graduate school for your entertainment as well as to help any students out there that may have a graduate degree in mind!
As if I wasn’t busy enough already, I got another job. Yup, you read that right. On top of my new business, Pursuit of Healthiness, working at the dance studio, and being a full time student, I just took a part-time position with GNC.
So far, I’ve only done training, but I’m loving it. I already know a lot about how the products work and what clients may need, it’s definitely in my comfort zone!
I just recently worked with some of my Pitchfork movie friends, and some new friends, on a dance concept video, that might just end up being a commercial! I’ll keep ya updated on that.
Rehearsal yesterday with one of my Pitchfork girls
And I’m sure if you read my last post you’re wondering how the 4-week holiday detox went…well, it didn’t. I failed 2 weeks in. Not the plan, at all! But I’m only human like the rest of you and I plan to try again, maybe a New Year’s Resolution?
As far as Pursuit of Healthiness goes, we just finished our second session of group exercise classes ! I’m so thankful that I have been able to offer classes in my hometown area once again!
That’s all for now, but the plan is to have another post for you before we see 2016!!
But for now, have a great week!
